Tambovenergo’s employee Dmitry Starostin became a winner of the photo contest "My favourite Tambov"

Dmitry Starostin, an engineer of category 1 of the perspective development office of IDGC of Centre - Tambovenergo division, was among winners of the photo contest of the city "My favourite Tambov". The contest, organized by the city administration of Tambov, was held in April-June 2016 and was dedicated to the 380th anniversary of the regional centre, more than forty amateur photographers took part in it, who presented to the contest commission more than one hundred photographs in four categories.

Dmitry was the best in the category "City sketches" with his photograph "Summer evening", which depicted a favorite rest spot of Tambov residents - the Tsna river embankment at sunset time. At the awards ceremony, which was held 17 June in the City Hall of Tambov, Deputy Head of the city administration on social policy Sergey Kuznetsov handed the diploma of the winner to him.

Dmitry Starostin has been fond of photo art for over ten years. Repeatedly he became a winner of federal and regional contests.

So, he was among winners of the photo contest "Energy around us", organized by IDGC of Centre in April 2016. His photograph became the best in one of the six contest categories - "Pictures in GIF format".
