Twelve employees of Bryanskenergo were retrained at Moscow Power Engineering Institute

IDGC of Centre - Bryanskenergo division held a solemn ceremony of awarding diplomas to twelve employees, who passed eighteen months of retraining in the specialty "Electric Power Systems and Grids" at the Smolensk branch of Moscow Power Engineering Institute (MPEI). The training was organized within the framework of the current the program of professional retraining in IDGC of Centre.

This is already the sixth group of Bryanskenergo’s employees, who received additional higher "energy" education at MPEI in the framework of the cooperation agreement signed by the company and the higher educational institution in 2008. In total, for eight years more than 80 employees of the branch have had training at the institute.

According to the head of the HR department of Bryanskenergo Anna Nozdracheva, getting new skills, employees gain valuable knowledge and skills that contribute to the growth of their professional level. In addition, it allows to bring their qualification in accordance with the requirements of the state professional standards, introduced in Russia since 1 July 2016. Another group of Bryanskenergo’s specialists will begin studies at MPEI in the autumn.
