Since the beginning of 2016 Tverenergo filed 66 petitions for debt collection

The Tver branch of IDGC of Centre continues to implement measures for the collection of receivables from consumers. For 4 months of 2016 the legal department of Tverenergo filed 66 claims in court totalling more than 753.1 million rubles.

The branch won (effective Judgements) 21 cases in the amount of 21.2 million rubles on claims filed in 2016 and 75 cases in the amount of about 367.1 million rubles on claims filed in the previous periods: 2013, 2014 and 2015. 129 cases for the recovery of receivables in the amount of about 2,866.5 billion rubles are under court proceedings.

Part of the accounts receivable, proved in court, namely 97.2 million rubles, was collected from debtors in favour of Tverenergo, including in cooperation with bailiffs.

"The Tver branch of IDGC of Centre does active claim-related work. We are interested in improving the situation with the collection of receivables and payment discipline. Funds from the provision of electricity transmission services are directed to perform maintenance and investment programs to provide reliable and quality power supply of consumers of the Tver region," stresses Acting Deputy General Director of IDGC of Centre - Tverenergo division director Alexander Chumachenko.
