Bryanskenergo is ready for the season of mass repairs

IDGC of Centre - Bryanskenergo division has completed preparations for the mass maintenance and repair work. Within the check of readiness of units of the branch for safe and high-quality performance of repairs the power engineers have implemented a set of technical and organizational measures.

They updated lists of potentially hazardous energy facilities, developed measures to ensure the safety of the work carried out there. They conducted exercises and training of staff, in which they perfected their skills required in carrying out repairs. Crews, carrying out work at electrical equipment, are provided with protective clothing, stable communication with operators, control centres - with serviceable devices recording operational negotiations with connection of all communication channels used.

The branch staff, involved in the repairs, undergoes regular medical check-ups. Their workplaces are equipped with protective equipment, devices, tools and instruments needed for safe operations, as well as first-aid kits.

Conducting massive renovations aimed at improving the reliability of electric grid facilities and to ensure uninterrupted power supply to consumers of the Bryansk region in the autumn-winter operation period of 2016-2017.
