Belgorodenergo’s trade union — the best in the "All-Russian Electroprofsoyuz"

The contest for the "Best trade union organization" was summed up in Moscow at the presidium of the Public organization – "All-Russian Electroprofsoyuz".

The best primary trade union organization of the Public organization - "All-Russian Electroprofsoyuz" with full-time chair of the trade union was the trade union organization of IDGC of Centre - Belgorodenergo division.

In 2015 the level of membership in the Belgorod primary organization for the first time during the years of its activity reached 100%. The public organization unites more than four thousand employees, providing them and their family members and veterans with broad and versatile social support.

The collective agreement, which in 2015 was renegotiated for the next term, provides employees with a range of additional benefits, guarantees and compensations. Assistance in difficult life situations is provided, a healthy lifestyle, rehabilitation and restoration of health in sanatoria and health resorts are cultivated.

"The union plans to continue implementing key initiatives to address social issues," stressed chair of the primary trade union organization of Belgorodenergo Anatoly Androsovich. "It will contribute to the rapprochement of veteran and youth organizations in addressing issues of spiritual and moral education of the youth, to support voluntary initiatives to provide targeted assistance to people in a difficult life situation."
