Annual swimming competitions were held at the cultural and sports centre "Start" in Bryansk district among employees of IDGC of Centre - Bryanskenergo division. They were organized by the primary trade union organization and the department of social relations of the branch. Power engineers competed in freestyle, in age categories - up to 35 years and after 35 years. Men swam 100 metres, and women - 50 metres.
At the end of the competition the winner among women younger than 35 years was a specialist of the department of social relations of Bryanskenergo Anastasia Sasina. The second place was taken by an engineer for calculation of modes of relay protection and automation Irina Dolgaya, and the third - a chemical engineer of Bryansk section of the diagnostic service Natalia Nikolaeva. In the category of over 35 years the winner was a chief economist of the financial department Elena Batarchuk, the second was an engineer of the Grid Control Centre Galina Kharitonova, and the third - an engineer of the of metrology and quality of electricity department Tatiana Potatueva.
Among men in the age group under 35 years the winner was an electrician of Bryansk section of the diagnostic service Roman Chepelev, the second place - an electrician of Klintsovsky Distribution Zone Alexander Kovalev, and the third - an engineer of the electricity metering department of the branch Konstantin Kolganov. In the category of over 35 years the best was an electrician of a first responding mobile crew of the group to service substations of Bryanskenergo Andrey Vernidub, the second place - a mechanic to repair vehicles Nikolay Chernyakov, and the third - a lead engineer for operation of electric grids of the production control department of the branch Andrey Tarusov.
Sports competitions in various kinds are held in Bryanskenergo regularly. Such activities have a positive effect on the physical form of power engineers, helping to diversify leisure, contribute to the development of corporate spirit, talent identification of employees of the branch.
