In 2015 IDGC of Centre - Smolenskenergo division spent 1.113 million rubles on the investment program implementation. Of this sum, 492,373 million rubles were spent to improve the reliability of the grid with technical re-equipment and reconstruction, 620,615 million rubles were allocated for new construction and expansion.
402 km of power lines of different voltage levels were commissioned. The commissioned capacity for the past year amounted to 39 MVA. The total amount of funds allocated for provision of grid connection of new consumers was 770,436 million rubles.
The most significant investment projects implemented in 2015 are:
- Construction of distribution networks for grid connection of preferential categories of consumers in the amount of 305,648 million rubles.
- Targeted program for improving reliability of 2015 for the 110 kV substations: Western, Ivano-Gudino, Safonovo, Shumyachi, Pipe, Temkino, Sabbathians, Khislavichi, Monastyrschina, Lighting, Gagarin, Vaskovo, Stodolische, Russia, Ugra, Dneprovsk, Izdeshkovo, the 35kV substations: Riabtsevo, Sozh, Uspenskoye, Kaskovo, White Hill. The volume of work performed amounted to 174,302 million rubles.
- Upgrade of a 10-110 kV overhead power line with extension of ROWs with the scope of work performed at 26,303 million rubles.
In 2015 reconstruction of automation and communication equipment continued. The volume of capital investments aimed at implementing measures in this area amounted to 99,123 million rubles.
The investment program is aimed at providing reliable and quality electricity to consumers in the region, increasing the availability of power grid infrastructure for dynamic socio-economic development of the Smolensk region.
