Before the state final examination IDGC of Centre - Belgorodenergo division will check the reliability of electricity supply of all 43 points of the state exam, located in different districts of the region.
Unscheduled diagnostics will cover transformer substations, power lines, which feed educational institutions, selected as sites for the unified state examination, as well as input switching devices in the schools.
Thermal control will allow at an early stage of development to find everything, even minor defects in the power equipment operation and live parts in areas of bolting and split of the switching devices. Identified defects will be immediately isolated and eliminated.
This year, the state final examination in the Belgorod region will cover nearly 7.5 thousand people. Early period of taking the exam is held from 21 March to 23 April, the main - from 27 May to 30 June.
For today the power company has already completed the first stage of power equipment inspection. According to the results of the survey reports of checks of electric networks of school, lyceums and gymnasiums were compiled. The second stage will take place immediately before the state exam.
"Power supply circuits of educational institutions in the region are being brought to a state of maximum reliability," stressed Deputy Chief Engineer for operational, technological and situational management - Head of the Grid Control Centre of Belgorodenergo Alexey Bryazgunov. "For faster settlement of issues a direct telephone line was set with representatives of municipal administrations and educational authorities of districts. In the days of the examination duty of first responding and maintenance crews of Distribution Zones will be strengthened."
According to First Deputy Head of the Education Department of the region Olga Medvedeva, children and parents need to be sure that they are safe, that if necessary, they will be promptly provided with qualified medical care, that in due time they will receive testing materials, that electricity will be fed smoothly.
