Bryanskenergo held the Safety Day

IDGC of Centre – Bryanskenergo division held the regular Safety Day. These events are held in the company on a monthly basis in order to improve the state of labour protection in its structural subdivisions.

The Commission, comprising representatives of Bryanskenergo’s management, summed up the implementation of measures to address deficiencies identified during the previous safety days. Then checks began. During them equipment of crews with safety gear, tools, uniform and safety shoes of personnel was checked. They also checked the state of training centres, rooms, corners and stands on safety, organization of training of staff with rules of electrical safety, serviceability of communications means and logs, compliance with the safety rules when operating power tools.

Particular attention was paid to the organization of dispatching management of crews of services and Distribution Zones: equipment and condition of vehicles of first responding and mobile crews, presence of duty schedules, as well as conducting the necessary documentation.

As a result of the occupational Safety Day the branch will develop a plan of actions to eliminate detected violations in the structural units.
