IDGC of Centre – Bryanskenergo division held a meeting of the Youth Council, at which the work of the organization in 2015 was summed up. During the reporting period young power engineers participated in social, creative, patriotic and sports activities.
Members of the Council together with the Primary trade union organization of Bryanskenergo and State Healthcare Institution "Bryansk regional blood transfusion station" twice, in April and October, initiated traditional Days of donors in Bryanskenergo.
As part of the patriotic events dedicated to the Victory Day, the young power engineers landscaped the area around the memorial complex of military burial places, located in the village of Golubeya in Dubrovsky district of the Bryansk region.
For many years Bryanskenergo has been a patron of Mglinsky special boarding school for orphans and children left without parental care. Last year representatives of the Youth Council visited the children twice, on the eve of the Day of Knowledge and the New Year.
For children of employees on the Children’s Day - on June 1, the Council organized a trip to the cinema, where children watched cartoons.
The young power engineers are actively engaged in creative activity. In November they took part in the festival "Territory of Creativity" organized by the city of Bryansk administration for working youth teams, where they took the 1st place in the nomination "The integrity of the program". In addition, members of the youth organization of the branch became double winners of the annual festival of KVN of IDGC of Centre, which was held in Orel. They took the 2nd place in the nomination "The original genre", and the 3rd place - in the contest "Mandatory musical production". They also got the Audience Award.
With the participation of the youth organization a photo contest, dedicated to the Mother’s Day, a competition of creative crafts, and a number of sporting events were organized for staff of Bryanskenergo.
Summarizing the activities of the youth organization over the past year, members of the Council pointed out - in general, all the planned activities were implemented.
According to Deputy Director of IDGC of Centre – Bryanskenergo division director Roman Stefanov, the Youth Council plays an important role in the life of staff of the branch. Events organized by them, contribute to the formation of patriotic consciousness of young people, as well as help reveal talents of employees and diversify their leisure.
