In 2015 Smolenskenergo received over 117,000 requests from customers

Over the past year IDGC of Centre – Smolenskenergo division received 117,347 requests. The largest number of requests is related to connection to the electric grid of the branch – 21,142 (18% of the total amount) and value-added services – 17,009 (or 14.5%).

The most convenient form for half of customers was correspondent way of communication with experts – the toll free direct line of power engineers at 13-50. In 2015 70,373 people used it. A third of customers had a personal visit to the customer service centre (CSC) or experts in points to work with customers in Distribution Zones.

In April the CSC branch in Smolensk celebrated the 7th anniversary of the opening, and in September it received a request from the 60,000th customer.

From 20 July 2015 Smolenskenergo has in operation a system of appointment to be received at a customer service office. Now to schedule a visit to the customer service office one can do it using the electronic queue. It is possible to make an appointment in three ways: a personal visit to the Customer Service Centre in the city of Smolensk or employees of points to work with customers in districts of the region; correspondence registration through the site at http://www.mrsk-1.ru/customers/customer-service/feedback/ or through the contact centre operator at 13-50.

The Smolensk branch of IDGC of Centre constantly improves the quality of the service system, using modern technology and communication channels, carries out activities aimed at increasing the quality of service. For convenience and timely informing their customers on a monthly basis Smolenskenergo’s experts place information on planned outages in the regional media, send out letters - notification to persons who require replacement of a metering device.
