Tambovenergo summed up the work with customers in 2015

IDGC of Centre – Tambovenergo division summed up the work with customers in 2015. During the reporting period the branch received 70,799 requests - nearly 20% more than in 2014 (57,194 requests). Their major part of them (more than 58 thousand) was sent by citizens via correspondence communication channels: through the call-centre of IDGC of Centre and Internet reception. About 12,500 requests were taken directly in Distribution Zones of the branch.

About 3,000 requests were related to grid connection issues, 10,500 – provision of value-added services. Among the latter, the greatest demand is with services for installation and replacement of metering equipment (5,599).

Over the past year the number of applications for the service "Execution of work related to the customer's competence in the implementation of grid connection" ("Grid connection support") increased. In 2015 employees of Tambovenergo concluded and executed 200 contracts for the above service in the amount of about 5 million rubles, an increase over the year of 2014 was 102% and 99%, respectively.
