11 February 2016 a meeting was held in IDGC of Centre – Smolenskenergo division, at which heads of all Distribution Zones of Smolenskenergo summed up the work of their units in 2015 and outlined plans for the future. The meeting was attended by Deputy General Director of IDGC of Centre – Smolenskenergo division director Sabir Agamaliev, Deputy Director for Sale and Development of Services Andrey Zhydenko, Deputy Chief Engineer-Head of distribution networks Vitaly Mordykin, Deputy Chief Engineer- Head of high-voltage grid Petr Lobanov , Deputy Chief Engineer for operational, technological and situational management Sakhib Bruno, Head of energy saving and energy efficiency department Dmitry Serenkov, heads of all departments of the service sale unit of the branch – Alexander Wojciechowski, Oleg Bonadysev, Zhanna Danchenkova, and Sergey Lapin.
During the event they considered the development of value-additional services, implementation of the plan to reduce technological and commercial losses, the results of work on grid connection of new facilities to networks of IDGC of Centre in the Smolensk region and other issues of the unit of sale and development of services.
In order to meet the objectives of development and social support of staff, to provide incentives to enhance performance of the structural units for the third time cups were awarded to the best Distribution Zones of the branch. The awards were given to the city of Smolensk Distribution Zone for the best performance indicators to reduce losses in 2015, Yartsevsky Distribution Zone for the productive work on grid connection. The undisputed leader with the best indicators for value-added services was again Demidovsky Distribution Zone.
Similar events are held on a regular basis and contribute to an exchange of experience among experts of Distribution Zones.
