The All-Russian contest "Russian organization of high social efficiency" has been held annually since 2000. The organizer is the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation with the participation of federal and regional bodies of executive power, the All-Russian associations of employers and trade unions. Its goal is to provide the public with the experience of the Russian organizations that have achieved high social efficiency in solving social problems and to promote forms of social partnership in organizations.
