In 2016 IDGC of Centre – Lipetskenergo division will spend 1.6 billion rubles on the investment program implementation, which exceeds last year's amount by 600 million rubles.
The most ambitious project of the branch will be the reconstruction of the 110 kV Substation "Railway Station", whose work affects the quality of power supply to consumers of the 9th district of Lipetsk, including such socially important facilities as the Central Clinical Hospital, Palace of Sports "Star", the railway station and two boilers in Gagarin and Moscow streets. To improve the quality of power supply to consumers at the substation three 20 MVA transformers will be replaced for two new 40 MVA ones. And the reconstruction of the existing remote control system will be performed as well, which is dictated by the requirements of modern supervisory control of power facilities. More than 246 million rubles will be sent to implement the planned activities.
In 2016 the power company will continue developing electric grid infrastructure for the being built in Lipetsk district "Yeletsky" neighbourhood. The volume of investments in this project in the current year will exceed 174 million rubles.
Another important item of the investment program of "Lipetskenergo" will be the commissioning of the second 25 MVA transformer at the 110 kV Substation "Christmas", which is the power source of the largest automobile cluster of LLC "Motorinvest" in Krasninsky district of the Lipetsk region.
To increase system reliability of the Lipetsk energy complex and creation of opportunities for new grid connections "Lipetskenergo" will construct and reconstruct more than 500 km of power lines of 0.4/10 kV and put into operation 184 transformer substations with a total capacity of 43 MVA.
A special place will be given to the reconstruction of the substation equipment, implemented in order to improve the reliability of supply centers of 35-110 kV. These purposes will require 64 million rubles.
Implementation of the investment is a prerequisite for maintaining stable operation of the electric grid equipment and is done in accordance with future tasks of the company and the territorial development plan of the region for 2016 - 2021.
