IDGC of Centre – Kurskenergo division summed up the work on connection to the electricity grid of the company for 11 months in 2015.
During the reporting period specialists of the branch received over 2,500 applications for grid connection, 2,218contracts were concluded. 2, 833 contracts were performed. The total connected capacity amounted to 51.3 MW, which is 2% more than in 2014.
Most of the performed contracts (2,817) were agreements with individuals, small and medium enterprises in the category of applicants for the grid connection up to 150 kW.
The largest number of connected facilities in 2015 included a multifunctional complex of CJSC "Corporation "GRINN" (7.83 MW), CJSC "Agricultural complex "Mansurovo" (1.31 MW), production sites of LLC "Agropromkomplektatsiya-Kursk" - an elevator in Konyshevsky district (1MW), a cattle-breeding complex in Dmitrievsky district (500 kW) and a pig farm in Konyshevsky district (500 kW).
In addition, experts of Kurskenergo implemented grid connection of a brick factory in Medvensky district (585 kW), a woodworking shop in Oboyansky district (250 kW), and a meat-processing complex in the village of Polyanskoye of Kursky district (250 kW).
The major social grid connection facilities of last year include the first stage of a new neighbourhood being built in the village of Big Soldier - 20 houses with a total area of 2.6 thousand square metres and a fitness centre in the village of Kshensky in Sovietsky district (capacity 230 kW).
All proceeds from grid connection will be used for connection of power installations of new applicants to the company’s grids, for reconstruction and modernization of the electric grid facilities.
