Value-added services of Kurskenergo are demanded by consumers

IDGC of Centre - Kurskenergo division summed up the work to provide customers with value-added services in 2015. During the reporting period the branch concluded with consumers 7,820 contracts for providing VAS, which is 8% more than the same period in 2014.

The greatest demand was for services of installation and replacement of metering equipment (3,847), as well as services for implementation of a number of obligations of the Applicant on grid connection agreements, such as development of design documentation, test and measurement of electrical safety devices (2,194).

 

The demand is growing for the service "Turnkey grid connection", including implementation by the grid company of all obligations of the applicant in the grid connection procedure. "Kurskenergo" has been actively implementing this service since April this year. During the period under review specialists of "Kurskenergo" have performed 1,779 contracts.

"We managed to increase the effectiveness of the implementation of contracts for the provision of value-added services to simplify the procedure of their provision, having significantly reduced the time to process applications," stressed the head of interaction with the customers Marina Zhilenkova, "By creating supportive and comfortable for our clients conditions, the number of their calls increases from month to month."
