During this period IDGC of Centre - Kurskenergo division made 169 purchases of goods, works and services worth a total of 861.308 million rubles, including VAT. The bulk of the purchases (worth 562.325 million rubles, including VAT) was made as part of the investment activities of the branch. To implement measures for repair and maintenance activities tenders in the amount of 100,427 million rubles, including VAT, were conducted.
98.64% of the purchases were made with open competitive procedures, which provide equal conditions for suppliers of power equipment, organizations for provision of works and services. This form of tendering allows IDGC of Centre - Kurskenergo division to make deals, the most satisfying its quality-price ratio.
"During the tender and procurement procedures the functionality of the electronic trading platform of PJSC "Rosseti" (www.b2b-mrsk.ru) is used, which allows to make purchases as transparent and accessible to everyone as possible, says the head of the logistics and procurement office of IDGC of Centre - Kurskenergo division Oleg Skrynnikov. The result of the procurement procedures for 9 months of 2015 is 100% provision of the branch with equipment and materials, works and services required for the fulfillment of production programs."
