Specialists of IDGC of Centre - Kurskenergo division summed up the work on interaction with customers for 9 months of 2015.
During the reporting period Kurskenergo signed about 5,500 contracts for the provision of value-added services, which is 5% more than for the same period in 2014.
The greatest demand was for the service of installation and replacement of metering equipment (3,270 pcs), as well as the service of implementation of a number of obligations of the Applicant on grid connection contracts, such as development of design documentation, testing and measurement of electrical safety devices (1,853 pcs).
This year the branch continued to expand the range of services provided to consumers. Since April 2015 "Kurskenergo" has actively implemented the service "Turnkey grid connection", which includes the implementation by the grid company of all the obligations of the Applicant in the grid connection procedure. Power engineers undertake design work, installation of an entry metering device for outdoor installation on the border of the land plot, on metal structures with a complete set of the entry metering device with an electronic electricity meter, with protection against short circuit, overvoltage and overload in the electrical network, installation of a crossover fitting, installation of ground loop, testing and measurement of an electrical installation. For 9 months of 2015 specialists of "Kurskenergo" performed 1,213 such contracts totalling more than 9 million rubles.
"We managed to increase the effectiveness of the implementation of contracts for the provision of value-added services," stressed Head of marketing and value-added services Sergey Rudakov. "The procedure of their provision was simplified, the time of processing applications was significantly reduced. With the creation of favourable and comfortable conditions for our clients, the number of their requests increases from month to month."
