"Tverenergo" summed up the work on the collection of receivables for 8 months

09.10.2015

IDGC of Centre - Tverenergo division continues to implement a set of measures to recover the receivables from consumers. During eight months of 2015 "Tverenergo" filed 470 claims totalling 622 million rubles. The branch won 126 cases amounting to 67 million rubles, in the court there are 344 cases amounting to 554 million rubles.

In an enforcement procedure in cooperation with bailiffs of the Tver region 120.3 million rubles were recovered from defaulters.

And October 6, 2015 the 14th Arbitration Court of Appeal (the city of Vologda) as part of the bankruptcy case of OJSC "Tverenergosbyt" reviewed on appeal the ruling of the Arbitration Court of the Tver region of 06.30.2015 on the inclusion of the requirement of IDGC of Centre (bankruptcy creditor) in the amount of 4.3 bln rubles in the register of creditors of the said debtor. The basis for the appeal consideration of the court ruling was the appeal of another bankruptcy creditor OJSC "Tverenergosbyt" - JSC "AtomEnergoSbyt", being not consistent with the ruling of the court. According to the results of a judicial session the Arbitration court of appeal upheld the decision of the court of first instance and the appeal of JSC "AtomEnergoSbyt" - without satisfaction.

"The Tver branch of IDGC of Centre is actively working for the timely collection of debts of defaulters. The presence of receivables hinders to perform obligations of the grid company to ensure reliable electricity supply in the region. We are interested in improving the situation, as funds from providing electricity transmission services are directed to the repair and modernization of grids and power facilities, feeding, including large industrial companies, hospitals, kindergartens, schools, and residential houses," stressed Deputy General Director of IDGC of Centre - Tverenergo division director Mikhail Pilavov.
