IDGC of Centre - Voronezhenergo division summed up the implementation of the investment program in the 1st half of 2015. During the reporting period all key performance indicators of the document were exceeded. In particular, Voronezh power engineers constructed and reconstructed 132 km of power lines 110-0.4 kW, which is almost 1.4 times higher than the planned values. The amount of funds allocated for the implementation of investment activities for the six months amounted to 293.2 million rubles (excluding VAT), which is 5.76% more than the planned figure.
Please, be reminded the total investment program of Voronezhenergo for 2015 is more than 1 billion rubles (excluding VAT). With these funds Voronezhenergo’s experts plan to carry out the construction of new and modernization of existing power facilities with their total capacity of 260 MVA (the highest indicator of all the company’s branches) and 185 kilometres of power lines.
Among the largest investment projects one should highlight the construction of the 110 kV substation "Kursk" (project name). This work is carried out within the framework of fulfillment of obligations under a grid connection contract of a being built on the territory of Semiluksky district fodder plant of LLC "Voronezhmyasoprom" - an especially significant investment project included by the government of the region into the Socio-economic Development Program of the Voronezh region. The volume of investments in this project will amount to 183 million rubles, 155 of which will be disbursed in the current year.
As part of the 2015 investment program there is also reconstruction of seven substations, supplying power to the city of Voronezh with million residents. The most significant investment project in this series, the work on which was actively conducted in the first half, is the retooling of substation #13 "Student" with voltage transfer from 35 to 110 kV. The amount of the company’s investments in the modernization of this supply substation is over 111 million rubles. The reconstruction of the power facility in the regional centre will allow to eliminate the power shortage and enable connection to power grids of housing projects, industrial buildings, shopping and logistics centres under construction.
