Kostromaenergo increases the professional level of personnel reserve.
IDGC of Centre - Kostromaenergo division held a managerial skills training for young professionals, members of the personnel reserve of the enterprise. Its main purpose was to raise the skill level of future professional managers.
During two days the training organizers helped "reservists" to develop the skills of competent planning of work activities, monitor the implementation of tasks, staff motivation, development of personal, managerial and organizational skills. During the training young professionals took part in the solution of case studies, role-playing games, brainstorming, working in a team and individually. All this allowed them to master the material as efficiently as possible and gain the experience necessary for the future management activities.
The Office of Human Resources of the branch of Kostromaenergo pays great attention to training and retraining of personnel reserve. Beginning in 2012, the training for the development of management skills has been attended by over 100 people. Many of them have managed by today to move up the career ladder and occupy a worthy place among professionals of their profile.
"The formation and development of the personnel reserve of the company contributes to the identification of potential of employees, allows to quickly substitute staff shortage with high-level professionals. The quality of work and the image of the enterprise depend on the competence of personnel.
