In 2015 IDGC of Centre - Smolenskenergo division will invest about 1.011 billion rubles in the power grid complex of the region, including in modernization and reconstruction of the electric grid complex the branch plans to invest 540 million rubles, in the construction of new energy facilities - 472 million rubles. To maintain a reliable state of existing power grids, ensuring grid connection of new customers it is planned to carry out construction and reconstruction of 0.4-10 kV power lines in the amount of 488 million rubles.
Modernization and reconstruction of high-voltage substations will allow to improve reliability in some districts of the city and the region. The total amount of funds allocated for the implementation of these measures is 200 million rubles, including for the target program to improve reliability - 196 million rubles. The branch will invest part of the funds in modernization and upgrade of transformer substations and distribution points.
The 2015 investment program involves the reconstruction of automation equipment and communications in Distribution Zones, worth 97 million rubles, which will allow to create in the service area of the branch a single information space.
Substantial funds in the investment program are provided for the development of automated electricity metering system (2 million rubles). This will allow to increase the efficiency of obtaining data on the consumption of electricity.
It is planned to put into operation 357 km of power lines of different voltage levels, planned transformer capacity for the current year is 29 MVA. The 2014 investment program was carried out by the branch in its entirety. During the implementation of the program obsolete equipment was replaced, modern materials were implemented.
