IDGC of Centre - Orelenergo division pays great attention to the training of personnel. In 2015, 4.5 mln rubles are planned for this purpose, 603 employees of the branch will have training in various specialties areas throughout the year. One third of them by now have already completed their studies.
Since the beginning of 2015 74 workers, 79 managers and 22 specialists of Orelenergo have had the opportunity to improve their skills. The branch’s employees have acquired new knowledge in the field of health, safety of work performance and fire safety. 24 people had training for a slinger, for a wood feller - 19, for an aerial driver - 13. 38 employees were certified for safe work at cranes, aerials and derricks.
Orelenergo is interested in employees with special and higher education. The branch’s management sends staff for special training programs to the Orel training centre, as well as to higher and secondary education institutions. Orelenergo’s employees can be trained on the job at the Orel State Technical University and the Orel State Agrarian University. Today, 11 employees of the branch are students of secondary and higher educational institutions of Orel.
