Smolenskenergo held a meeting with consumers on the grid connection

Specialists of Grid Connections Office and Customer Relationship Management Office of IDGC of Centre - Smolenskenergo division at the end of April 2015 held a round table for applicants - legal entities, who submitted an application for grid connection in the Smolensk region. The round table brought together representatives of small and medium-sized businesses.

During the roundtable experts of Smolenskenergo explained the grid connection procedure for applicants of the category of small and medium-sized businesses, the cost of formation of contracts. Representatives of the energy company talked about the possibility of the "turn-key grid connection", which helps the client avoid unpleasant consequences of work with untrusted organizations, save time, allows to quickly and accurately perform all the necessary arrangements to the connect.

 

"Such meetings are held in the branch office on a regular basis. This is the second in this year's meeting with entities on the grid connection. For a productive dialogue and resolving all obscure questions we ask customers to send a list of interesting questions in advance and do our best to answer them fully at the meeting," commented the head of department on work with customers of Smolenskenergo Tatiana Antonyuk.
