Kurskenergo summed up its work with consumers

IDGC of Centre - Kurskenergo division summed up the work on customer service in 2014.

During 12 months of last year Kurskenergo received over 30,000 requests from consumers on energy supply issues. Of these, more than 8,000 requests were for connection to the grid of the branch and 11,886 requests for additional services. Among the latter, the most popular are still the services of installation and replacement of electricity meters and metering cabinets, implementation of the project of external power supply in the execution of the grid connection contract, testing and measuring of ground loops, replacing obsolete entries in the house with bare wire for self-supporting insulated wire. Thus, 4,167 contracts worth more than 7.6 mln rubles were signed for the installation and replacement of metering equipment service.

At the same time this service is carried out in full and qualitatively in the shortest possible time. This is evidenced by over 5,000 positive feedbacks to the company's specialists. Consumers thank employees of Customer Service Points, Customer Service Centres (CSC) for efficiency, good advice, expert assistance in the documentation processing, as well as attention to everyone who applied.

In the Kursk region today there are 5 Customer Service Centres: the central office is in Kursk, another 4 CSCs are located in major regional centres, such as Lgov, Oboyan, Zheleznogorsk and Schigry. In addition to the CSCs, the region's residents may apply to the Distribution Zone in the community where Customer Service Points operate. There experts of Kurskenergo also accept applications for grid connection, additional services, as well as advise consumers on how to collect a package of documents for the energy supply contract for individuals and legal entities, as well as benefits of the automated electric power metering system (AMI).
