IDGC of Centre - Bryanskenergo division continues to develop cooperation with leading higher and secondary educational institutions of the Bryansk region in order to train qualified personnel for the electric grid complex. Among the partners of the branch are the Bryansk Technical School of Power Engineering and Electronics, Klintsovsky Technology College, Bryansk State Agricultural Academy, with which the power company has signed relevant agreements.
They suggest, in particular, the organization career guidance meetings for students, work experience and excursions to facilities of Bryanskenergo; their participation in job fairs and students’ construction crews of the electric grid complex. Only in December more than three hundred students were involved in the activities organized by Bryansk power engineers.
"In order to operate modern innovative equipment, develop and implement new technical solutions, the branch needs well-trained young professionals, with the capability to solve problems of any complexity," stressed Deputy General Director of IDGC of Centre - Bryanskenergo division director Roman Stefanov. "Cooperation with the educational institutions allows us to avoid the problem of "staff shortage" and maintain high qualification of our employees."
