Power engineers of IDGC of Centre will represent the interests of the company in local authorities of the Kursk region

In the Kursk region on Sunday there was a single day of voting. On that day experts of Kurskenergo ensured reliable power supply to all 1,156 polling stations. Following the elections staff of IDGC of Centre - Kurskenergo division were elected to representative bodies of two districts and one district centre.

Deputy Director for Development and Sale of Services Sergey Sevryukov was elected to the representative assembly of Oboyansky district. Locals for the third time entrusted Sergey, a power engineer with many years of experience, to represent their interests in the local legislative body.

Chief of Kursky Distribution Zone Pavel Panibratov was also elected for the second consecutive year as a deputy of the representative assembly of Kursky district. Another production unit manager of Kurskenergo - Chief of Lgovsky Distribution Zone Mikhail Kambul won a landslide victory in the elections of deputies to the city council of Lgovsk.

"The elections to the local governments show again that people in the region rely on the power engineers, and through them and the company as a whole," - says Deputy General Director of IDGC of Centre - Kurskenergo division director Alexander Rudnevsky. "I am sure that the staff of Kurskenergo will adequately represent the interests of the electorate and the company in the legislative bodies as well."
