IDGC of Centre - Kurskenergo division summed up the work of Customer Service Centres (CSC) in the first half of the year. For six months their services were used by more than 14,000 residents of the Kursk region, a 10% increase compared to the same period in 2013.
Most often citizens applied to the CSCs for the grid connection service: specialists of the Centres took about five thousand such requests. More than four thousand applications referred to installation and replacement of meters. Over two and a half thousand customers requested to seal their metering devices, to clear ROWs along power lines, to replace a 0.4 kV lead-in or a pole. In addition, employees of the CSCs provided 3,100 oral consultations on various issues related to electricity supply.
Value-added services remain highly popular among the population, whose spectrum is increasing every year. In the first half specialists of the CSCs of Kurskenergo recorded more than six thousand such requests - 5% more than last year. The most popular services include diagnostics and repair of electrical equipment, construction of automated systems for commercial electric power metering using multi-rate meters.
Professional and high-quality work of specialists of the CSCs of Kurskenergo is appreciated by consumers. From the beginning of the year the corresponding positive reviews were left by about 3,700 customers, who contacted the Centres. They thank power engineers primarily for quick response, individual approach, being patient and caring services.
"The principle of a single window, openness, transparency and efficiency of the Customer Service Centres - these are the qualities that enable us to provide services to supply the maximum number of residents, who applied in the Kursk region," says the head of customer relationship management of IDGC of Centre - Kurskenergo division Marina Zhilenkova.
