Its purpose is to prevent children’s electrical injuries among schoolchildren and school teachers.

During the "Week of Energy Safety" experts of the branch organized in schools of the Bryansk region a series of methodological studies for teachers of junior and middle schools. They were in total attended by over three hundred teachers. They presented them with measures to prevent children’s injuries, which should be used in the summer. During the meeting it was agreed to hold classes on energy safety by power engineers in the country health camps throughout the summer. And at the end of it the power engineers gave the directors of the camps disks with guidelines on electrical and thematic visual aids that would help kids learn the material faster.

During the "Week of Energy Safety" Bryanskenergo’s experts also interacted actively regional offices of EMERCOM and Ministry of Internal Affairs. These agencies also collaborate with schools of the region, conducting classes with schoolchildren in their areas of activity. The power engineers also provided them with themed aids for the prevention of children’s electrical injuries for distribution in schools of the region, children's recreation camps, commissions for cases of minors and social shelters.

Throughout the entire period of the campaign information on how to properly use electrical appliances and behave near power facilities was published in the electronic and print media of the region.
