Along with this for the year customers left over 4,000 positive responses addressing to the company's specialists. Consumers thank employees of the Centre for expert assistance while making the design documentation, as well as careful attention to each client.

On the territory of the Tver region today there are 7 Customer Service Centers: the central office is in Tver, and other 6 CSCs are located in major regional cities such as Torzhok, Bezhetsk, Kimry, Konakovo, Rzhev and Vishny Volochek.

The work of the CSC allows customers comprehensively address emerging issues related to the activities of the branch. Experts of the CSC receive applications for grid connection, value-added services and advise consumers on payment for electricity, collection of documents for a power supply contract for individuals and legal entities. All Customer Service Centres also offer such services to consumers as installation, replacement and sealing of advanced metering devices, maintenance and repair of private package transformer substations and overhead lines, testing and diagnostics of high voltage equipment, power protection equipment, and full service of an automated information-measuring system of commercial electricity metering (AMI). Providing these services enables customers to increase the energy efficiency of an enterprise or at home, to reduce the amount of losses by increasing the controllability of electric energy and power supply and to meter accurately consumption of electric energy.

A significant event in 2013 was opening of a new Customer Service Centre in the city of Vishny Volochek. Head of customer relationship management of IDGC of Centre – Tverenergo division Denis Morozov notes: "Customer Service Centres open on the principle of territorial accessibility for consumers and are an important area of work in the branch to improve the quality of customer service. Vishny Volochek is one of the fastest growing cities in the region, and the opening of another Service Centre has created additional convenience for consumers."

An important direction for employees of Customer Service Centres is to work with individuals and legal entities on electricity saving and grid connection and provision of value-added services. In 2013 5 roundtables were held, including with heads of municipalities.

For customer convenience, there is around the clock direct power hot line at 8-800-50-50-115 (toll-free), with which you can get advice on all matters of electricity supply quickly. Residents of the region can visit any of the seven CSCs for information of interest relating to the activities of the power company.
