More than a million rubles was spent on sports and recreational activities and cultural work.
Health of workers and their children has consistently been a priority for the trade union of IDGC of Centre — Orelenergo division. Annually sporting activities are held for trade union members. In 2013 more than 335 thousand rubles were spent on them. Thanks to it the company’s employees were able to take part in the ORFF Cup in mini football and visit the city of Orel championship in this sport.
More than 525 thousand rubles were spent to purchase vouchers for employees to stay in the Crimea. The union also organized excursions to Moscow and St. Petersburg.
Orelenergo pays considerable attention to the work with veterans. In the Victory Day and the Power Engineers’ Day they received gifts and presents.
To strengthen corporate traditions, maintaining positive working environment, adapting in the organization and building an effective team Orelenergo’s union organizes celebrations. In the end, all members of the team were congratulated on their professional holiday — the Power Engineers’ Day and New Year celebrations were organized for the children of employees of the branch.
Chairman of the Union of Orelenergo Victor Zhuchkin says: «The activities we organized help employees communicate informally, exchange views and experiences. Different types of mass cultural and sports activities involving family members are as a guide to children who subsequently want to work in our company.»
Currently IDGC of Centre — Orelenergo division employs 1910 employees, 1570 of them are members of the trade union.
