On the eve of the professional holiday — the Power Engineers’ Day IDGC of Centre — Tambovenergo division held a solemn assembly devoted to honoring the best employees of the region’s grid complex. The event was attended by Deputy Head of the Administration of the Tambov region Nikolay Perepechin, Deputy General Director for Capital Construction and Investment of IDGC of Centre Igor Maximov, Deputy General Director of IDGC of Centre — Tambovenergo division director Vladimir Syschikov, business representatives, and partners of the branch.
Deputy Governor of the Tambov region Nikolay Perepechin addressed with words of congratulations to the power engineers. He noted that Tambovenergo’s management shows high interest in the dynamic development of the region’s economy, increasing its investment attractiveness. Fruitful cooperation of all branches of the government with IDGC of Centre’s power engineers allows companies in the region to work steadily and move forward, as the representative of the local authorities is confident about.
Deputy General Director for Capital Construction and Investment of IDGC of Centre Igor Maximov in his greeting formulated the main components of success of the company: professional staff, talented and proactive management, the latest technology and modern methods of corporate management, and high production culture. «The distinctive features of Tambov power engineers have always been their reliability, high professionalism, willingness to work selflessly for the future of our country,» he stated.
Deputy General Director of IDGC of Centre — Tambovenergo division director Vladimir Syschikov stressed that power engineers celebrate their professional holiday in the coldest time of the year when their work is especially needed by the people — and with honour cope with their tasks. «Both skilled workers that are the foundation of the team and the youth promote and propagate the wonderful traditions established by their predecessors, showing professionalism and stamina even in extreme weather conditions. Otherwise, it just cannot be. After all, for most of power engineers it is not just a job, but the vocation for life,» the head of Tambovenergo is confident about.
Especially kind words from everyone who spoke during the solemn meeting were addressed to veterans of the enterprise. After all, thanks to their dedication and high professionalism a solid foundation the Tambov grid was created and Tambovenergo today has good potential for further development.
The holiday continued with a ceremony to award employees of the Executive Office who were distinguished by the Russian Ministry of Energy, JSC «Russian Grids», IDGC of Centre, Tambovenergo, the authorities of the Tambov region and the city of Tambov.
Similar solemn meetings on the eve of the Power Engineers’ Day were held in all 17 Distribution Zones of Tambovenergo. In total about 70 employees of the branch were distinguished with departmental, corporate, and regional awards for results of this year for their work achievements.
