Specialists of Kurskenergo are raising their professional level

Staff development is an important measure to reduce injuries and increase labor productivity. In this regard, IDGC of Centre — Kurskenergo division pays great attention to the training of employees. Every year a significant number of specialists improve their professional skills and have training in various programs and projects.

For 9 months of 2013 1,862 employees of Kurskenergo passed their training, retraining and advanced training.

About 500 specialists acquired additional knowledge on topical issues of power quality monitoring, and operation of electric power meters, mobilization training; they studied modern methods and software to calculate operating modes of 110 kV grids.
