Today, 17 September, power engineers of IDGC of Centre — Bryanskenergo division took part in the celebration of the 70th anniversary of the liberation of Bryansk from Nazi invaders.
A file of the power engineers went in a solemn parade in the «Memory of the heroes — glory to the generations!» through the streets of the city of Bryansk. Then, Adviser to General Director of IDGC of Centre (Acting IDGC of Centre — Bryanskenergo division director) Roman Stefanov, together with representatives of the Youth Council of the branch laid flowers to the monument of the Bryansk partisans.
On the eve of the celebrations IDGC of Centre — Bryanskenergo division held events to mark this anniversary.
Among the employees of the branch a photo contest was declared on the theme «Bryansk Land — 70 years after the war». September 17 its results were announced and the jury awarded the first prize to the photographs of Deputy Chief of Dubrovsky Distribution Zone Igor Makarenkov. The second place went to Chief Engineer of Klintsovsky Distribution Zone Vadim Vetoshko. Incentive prizes were awarded to the photographs of Chief Engineer Zlynkovsky Distribution Zone Vitaly Nikodin, Deputy Chief of Zlynkovsky Distribution Zone Andrey Bobylev and legal adviser of the first category of Legal Groundwork Office Oxana Stolnikova.
On the eve of the celebrations the branch’s staff also took an active part in city-wide voluntary Saturday work to clean and beautify premises of the city of Bryansk.
