Kurskenergo has opened an additional branch office of the Customer Service Centre

In Seymsky district of the city of Kursk, in the street of Power Engineers, has opened an additional office of the Customer Service Centre of Kurskenergo. The new office is located near Lgovsky turn — a key interchange for the regional centre, which makes the new office of the Customer Service Centre as accessible as possible for residents of this part of the city.

Customers of Kurskenergo here can make payments for electricity, get a wide range of information and consultancy services in the field of energy supply, access «My Account» not only to transfer data on consumption, but also to pay for kilowatts consumed with an electronic card.

Like the other 29 Customer Service Centres of Kurskenergo, successfully operating in all parts of the Kursk region, the new office in addition to high quality of service and range of services provided is also a direct benefit for Kursk residents. Receiving payments from both natural and legal persons here is made without any commission fee.

«Customer Service Centres have become an effective tool in the implementation of customer-centric approach,» stressed Deputy General Director of IDGC of Centre — Kurskenergo division director Alexander Pilyugin. «Kurskenergo plans to open four additional offices in all districts of Kursk, in parallel improving services and expanding the range of additional services to our customers.»
