IDGC of Centre — Voronezhenergo division has summed up the customer relations for the I quarter of 2013

Customer Service Centres of IDGC of Centre — Voronezhenergo division continue to be in high demand by residents of the region. Thus, in the first quarter of 2013 IDGC of Centre — Voronezhenergo division received more than 8,600 requests of customers. Most often, the customers would request advice on additional services — more than 3,600 requests, issues of grid connection — over 1,630, as well as issues of power supply — more than 1,000.

The most demanded among the additional services was the installation and replacement of meters — in the first quarter of this year the branch received 3,200 applications. Please, be reminded that the replacement of old meters is being performed by power engineers within Federal Law # 261 «On energy saving and energy efficiency», according to which all consumers, without exception, by July 1, 2013 to install metering devices. Under the current law in Russian apartments meters of accuracy class of at least 2.0. are allowed to be installed. Consumers, who want to replace or install a meter, may apply to the Customer Service Centres of Voronezhenergo to conclude a contract. After that, specialists of the branch as soon as possible will replace obsolete metering devices. According to the head of customer interaction of IDGC of Centre — Voronezhenergo division Sergey Maximov, the company offers the most popular services to the population, including those aimed at saving energy in our country. «Qualified staff will work in strict accordance with all technical standards and requirements. We have specialized equipment, all necessary permits, licenses and materials that help perform work of any degree of complexity,» stressed Sergey Maximov. Voronezhenergo’s specialists regularly perform activities aimed at the promotion of services and increasing consumer awareness. Frequent events were road shows and panel discussions with heads of rural settlements and chairpersons of horticultural nonprofit partnerships for grid connection and provision of additional services. In order to inform citizens about the services of IDGC of Centre — Voronezhenergo division the power engineers in recent years have been taking part in the annual Voronezh Industrial Forum. At the Forum Voronezhenergo’s experts advise visitors on the installation, replacement and maintenance of modern electricity metering devices, as well as the development of outdoor lighting, and execution of works relating to the competence of customers in the grid connection procedure.
