Totally last year, IDGC of Centre — Voronezhenergo division spent about 2.3 billion rubles on construction and reconstruction of power facilities. Of these the costs for modernization and reconstruction amounted to 1.6 billion rubles, and for new construction — 756.5 million rubles. Commissioning of fixed assets for the reporting period amounted to 2.1 billion rubles.
The major strategic projects of Voronezhenrego’s investment program were: — the construction of the 110 kV cable line from 110/6 kV Substation # 2 to the 110/6-6 kV Substation «Central»; — modernization of 110/6 kV Substation # 2 with installation of 110 kV gas-insulated switchgear and control gear bays.
As part of the investment project extensive work was performed to upgrade 110/6 Substation # 27 with replacement of oil circuit breakers with vacuum, reconstruction and construction of Conductor-10, 0.4 kV and a transformer substation of 10/0.4 kV. Conductor-1-20 kV with clearing of ROW, as well as Conductors 110 kV and 35 kV in the area of the motor road «Don» were reconstructed.
An important part of the investment program was upgrading and expansion of the collection and transmission of emergency control system in the automated dispatch control system, installation of remote control switchgear, creation of a distribution and outage management system (DMS/OMS). As part of the project to modernize electricity metering and implementation of an automated information-measuring system of commercial electricity metering the installation of modern electricity metering systems in households of rural and urban residents was provided.
The set of these measures will allow to increase the efficiency of the branch’s networks operation, improve the management of power facilities, reduce operating costs, decrease the elimination time for disturbances and undersupply of electricity to consumers.
According to Deputy Director for Capital Construction of IDGC of Centre — Voronezhenergo division Vladimir Shatskikh, specialists of the branch last year completed enormous amount of work on the construction and reconstruction of the major power facilities of the city and region. «The implementation of the investment program is one of the key objectives of the grid company. To maintain stable operation of power facilities in their regular mode their reconstruction and modernization is required. Thus, we increase the reliability of power supply of each customer and the entire Voronezh region as a whole,» stressed Vladimir Shatskikh.
