The investment program of IDGC of Centre — Belgorodenergo division this year will exceed 4.8 billion rubles, including VAT. About 2.2 billion rubles will be spent on improving the reliability of networks and substations, more than 1.7 billion — for grid connection of industrial, agricultural and social public sector facilities, about 570 million — to provide electric power supply to individual housing sites and about 270 million — on the implementation of energy efficiency and conservation measures.
This year, the branch will start the construction of the 110 kV «Kreida» substation of 50 MVA in Belgorod, will reconstruct the substation 110 kV «East», located two kilometres from the town of Razumnoye and more designed to supply the nearby industrial plants.
Other six main substations will have their comprehensive reconstruction as part of the target reliability program: the 110 kV SS «Irrigation», «Upper Pokrovka», «Silver paint», as well as the 35 kV SS «Reservoir», «Starikovo» and «Velikomikhaylovka». At 8 substations the branch will perform partial modernization of power equipment with replacement of a control current system and installation of low maintenance batteries, and microprocessor arcing fault protection devices will be installed at 10 substations. A total of 25 major substations will be reconstructed.
In addition to the main substations 400 km of power lines of all voltage classes will be reconstructed. Including overhangs of the 110 kV Conductor at the substation «Alexandrovka» — an important section where four transit transmission lines cross, which powered the 110 kV SS «Belomestnoye», «Prokhorovka», «Sazhnoye» and «Rzhava», which supply power to residents of Belgorod and Prokhorovka districts.
It is planned to spend 680 million rubles on the complex reconstruction of 344 km of distribution networks in settlements. The branch will fully upgrade network in 30 settlements in the region, including the settlement of Maslova Pristan, rural community of Nikolskoye, Gostischevo, Churaevo, Shopino etc.
About 1.7 billion rubles will be allocated to connect social facilities to the grid, about 570 million — to construct networks in private residential districts. In total, about 570 kilometres of new power lines will be constructed in the region, of which over 260 km — for connection of 4005 plots of individual developers to the grid.
In general, the implementation of the annual investment program of Belgorodenergo will result in new 240 MVA capacity in the region.
