Bryanskenergo honoured employees — combat veterans

The management of IDGC of Centre — Bryanskenergo division congratulated their personnel on the Defender of the Motherland Day, who was involved in combat during military operations in Afghanistan and Chechnya.

Today 38 veterans work at Bryanskenergo, who once performed their military duty in flashpoints.

Holding annual celebrations at the branch on the eve of February 23 has already become a tradition. This time, the Youth Council organized sightseeing excursions of war places. The branch’s employees laid flowers at the monument to soldiers-internationalists, and paid tribute to the war heroes who died for their Motherland.

Deputy Director for Security of Bryanskenergo Gennady Ushakov during the solemn ceremony called for military comrades with a speech in which he congratulated and thanked his colleagues for their valiant service. He urged the participants to strengthen the partnership and friendly relations between the military brotherhood representatives.
