In 2012, IDGC of Centre — Yarenergo division performed 4561 contracts for grid connection, which is 23% more than in 2011.
During the reporting period 6367 consumers decided to connect to the networks of Yarenergo. Thus, according to Yaroslavsky Distribution Zone the number of grid connection contracts in relation to 2011 increased by 17%, to Pereslavsky Distribution Zone – by 33%, according to Gavrilov-Yamsky Distribution Zone – by 39%.
From the beginning of the year, Yaroslavl power engineers completed grid connection of the second milk-commercial complex «Voschazhnikovo» in Borisoglebsky district and completed the construction of a transformer substation for the shopping centre «Magnit» in the town of Rostov. The connected capacity of each of the facilities was 750 kW. Another 400 kW of power the branch provided to a construction site of the Technology Transfer Centre YAGPU after K.D. Ushinsky – the future source of manpower of the pharmaceutical cluster, which is being developed in the Yaroslavl region. Power was supplied to a plant that manufactures cables LLC «Neksan Rus» and an innovation shop for production of bare wires LLC «Sim-Ros-Lamifil» of 3000 and 3500 kW. They also completed connection of the second stage of the production of drug products of LLC «Nycomed», construction sites of the Technical Centre OJSC «Vimpel-Communications» and LLC «Teva» in the Yaroslavl Industrial Park. The substation «CHP Plant» is being constructed in Tutaev for delivery of capacity to the CCGT of OJSC «Yaroslavl generating company», which is under construction.
Currently Yarenergo have concluded contracts for grid connection of a cogeneration plant of LLC «Pereslavsky Technopark» and a workshop building of LLC «Tekhplastik». This year, these facilities will be powered. Large contracts are under conclusion that provide for increasing the capacity of production facilities of OJSC «FINGO» and Rybinsk canal lock of FSUE «Moscow Canal». Necessary documents are being prepared for a gas turbine assembly plant, a starch and syrup mill and a number of other important industrial and residential properties.
