Belgorodenergo was recognized as the best enterprise in the region for the development of social partnership

IDGC of Centre — Belgorodenergo division won the regional stage of the contest “Russian organization of high social efficiency” in the nomination “For the development of social partnership in organizations of the production sector”. I degree diploma to HR Head of the branch Lyudmila Demina was handed by Chairman of the regional trade union association Nikholay Shatalov and Deputy Head of HR policy of the region — Head of Labour and Employment Office Igor Polevoy.

The jury praised the performance of Belgorodenergo as a socially responsible employer. A commission on regulation of social and labor relations was created and is functioning effectively in the branch, a collective bargaining agreement was adopted, providing social guarantees for employees, a collective agreement in the power industry of the Russian Federation is in place. Special attention during the summing up was paid the quality and quantity of executed under the collective agreement activities.

The collective agreement covers all areas of interaction of the employer and the employee. It fixes salary and a range of benefits, guarantees and compensations. Changes in the text of the collective agreement are made after a thorough discussion in the workforce and mutual decision of the parties. Typically they relate to the health care of staff, safety, healthy living organization, training and skills improvement of staff, improvement of housing conditions, and increasing wages.

The branch operates a medical-psychological centre, on the basis of which physiological and health surveys are carried out to identify employees with urgent, life-threatening conditions. On an ongoing basis the Boards of veterans and youth are in place, career guidance of pupils and students is performed, the program of private pensions and voluntary health insurance works.

The contest “Russian organization of high social efficiency” has been held since 2000 and takes place in two stages: at the regional and federal levels. Its main objective — identifying Russian organizations effectively solving social problems, study and dissemination of their experience, the development of forms of social partnership. In 2011, IDGC of Centre — Belgorodenergo division won at the regional stage and was a prize winner at the federal stage of the contest.
