Smolenskenergo held a visiting presentation for consumers

In Safonovsky Distribution Zone of IDGC of Centre — Smolenskenergo division a meeting with customers and potential users of services of the company was held. The main purpose of the event — an explanation of the rules of grid connection to customers.

Head of Customer Relations Tatiana Antonyuk addressed the participants of the round table with a presentation on the grid connection process. During the event, residents of Safonovsky district received all the information they needed on the grid connection to networks of Smolenskenergo and other services provided by the branch. The customers were able to put questions to the speaker raised, to ask for clarification on their further actions to connect concrete facilities.

“The purpose of our visiting presentation — to explain to customers the legal requirements for the grid connection, to tell in which cases the grid connection procedure is required, its main stages, methods of application, what documents should be submitted when filing the application, on the order of entering into a contract for grid connection, what activities according to the specifications must be performed by the applicant,” — underlined Tatiana Antonyuk.
