Lipetsk power engineers held a regular meeting with customers

A regular round table with consumers on the procedure for grid connection to networks of IDGC of Centre was held in Dankovsky Customer Service Centre (CSC) of IDGC of Centre — Lipetskenergo division.

During the event, CRM experts of Lipetskenergo told the consumers about the integrated activities required for the actual connection to the networks and the execution procedure.

A special place in the course of the meeting was devoted to the connection of new consumers. The power engineers demonstrated the persons present an interactive map of the grid located in Dankovsky district, allowing to estimate the energy potential of specific areas required for long-term business development. Disclosure of this information is of particular importance due to the intensification of the investment interest to Dankovsky district since the creation of the special economic zone of industrial type of regional level “Dankov” in the district’s territory.
