Tambov power engineers of IDGC of Centre are attentive to each client

Each year, the number of consumers who have applied to IDGC of Centre — Tambovenergo division increases. For nine months of 2012 the branch has received 12,594 requests concerning its additional services, which is 683 requests higher compared with the same period last year. This is due to the increasing demand for such services, the progressive development of the region. The most popular and up to date service is to replace electricity meters. For inspection, replacement and installation of meters the branch has received 6,433 requests.

Socially significant are the upgrading and maintenance of outdoor lighting networks, and maintenance of power lines in a good condition. With the development of the region the branch receives requests from customers for the provision of services for the removal of restrictions on the use of land (removal of networks).

Staff of IDGC of Centre — Tambovenergo division together with the municipal authorities works to improve street lighting systems. For nine months of 2012 the branch has executed more than 40 applications for long-term contracts for the maintenance of outdoor lighting networks, concluded with Pokrovo-Prigorodny, Tulinovsky, Tatanovsky village councils of Tambov district, and Nikolinsky village council of Inzhavinsky district in the Tambov region.

Along with work on the modernization of the district street lighting systems the branch’s specialists fulfilled obligations on a contract basis for repair, maintenance and commissioning of electrical equipment, testing and diagnostics of high-voltage equipment, electric protection gear, advised on the design and construction of external power supply networks.

During the reporting period 9098 contracts were concluded for the provision of additional services. Careful attention to each client allows to do the work as effectively as possible, and the services provided by the branch become more available to every resident of the region. Over the years, the list of services has increased significantly, and the interest in the services has increased.
