Yesterday, 12 November, at 05:38 p.m. the substation 110/6 kV “Pavlovskaya” that supplies Dzerzhinsky district of Yaroslavl had a failure. This led to a temporary interruption of power supply of consumers. Socially important facilities — hospital # 9 — was promptly fed from redundant power supply. At 08:39 p.m. all consumers were connected, the normal scheme of power supply was fully restored. The violation was being eliminated by forces of IDGC of Centre — Yarenergo division in cooperation with the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the authorities.
