IDGC of Centre — Smolenskenergo division welcomes its customers in the walls of its Customer Service Centres. From the beginning of the year the branch has received over 40,000 customers, which is 1.5 times higher than in the period last year. The branch’s specialists dealing with clients are especially pleased to hear words of appreciation for their work.

One of these letters of gratitude came to Smolensk city Distribution Zone. “I often have to be in different organizations, but such a positive attitude and a desire to help solve the problems as in Smolensk city Distribution Zone I have not seen,” — said in a letter of gratitude of a resident of Smolensk Nadezhda Tardya. In the gratitude the work of the employees of the Distribution Zone RES was separately highly appreciated — Specialist of marketing and customer relationship Yana Karpukhina and Technician of production and technical group Alena Demchenkova.
