IDGC of Centre — Orelenergo division intensifies interaction with organizations of territorial subsystem of Russian system of emergency management. In anticipation of the autumn-winter peal loads power engineers have signed 34 agreements on cooperation, which will allow to increase the efficiency of the response in case of emergencies. The partners of Orelenergo include: EMERCOM, Kursk TCC branch of SO UES, and other subjects of energy.
Information exchange and maximum tight interaction with the executive authorities, headquarters on energy security, analytical centres, the Ministry of Energy, FGC and IDGC, and media has been organized.
In addition, there is an agreement with RosGidroMet on provision of data about weather conditions in the Orel region. Receiving meteorological warning, power engineers can be prepared for consequences of a natural disaster.
The established interaction will allow in a timely manner not only receive information about possible disasters, but also to increase the speed of restoration work during power failures.
