Employees of Kurskenergo receive thanks from villagers

11.10.2012

In the name of IDGC of Centre — Kurskenergo division director Alexander Pilyugin a letter was received from a resident of the village of Trinity of Kursk district in the Kursk region Vladimir Sukhov. “It’s nice when there are employees who honestly and faithfully perform their duties, who care about the requests of people,” — said the letter.

In late September, at the request of a street’s residents Vladimir Sukhov called an operator in Besedinsky Distribution Zone and said that one of the concrete poles was strongly tipped. The operator, having heard the consumer, registered the request and politely replied that some action would be taken soon. Specialists of Besedinsky Distribution Zone decided to replace the pole out of schedule. The villagers were surprised when a few days later at the site of the old pole there was a new concrete one.

“We cannot remain indifferent to the requests of our customers, our countrymen, — noted Head of Besedinsky Distribution Zone Nikholay Alyabyev. — Reliable power supply for residents and electrical safety — our priorities.”

From January to September 2012 Kurskenergo has received more than 11,000 feedbacks from grateful customers.
