In order to improve the efficiency of work with electricity consumers in 2007, in the management structure of customer interaction of Voronezhenergo Customer Service Centres in two major districts of the Voronezh region — Liskinsky and Kalacheevsky were established. Today experts of the Center accept applications for technological connection to networks of Voronezhenergo, for repair works, installation and replacement of meters and other services from all nearby districts and advise consumers on a wide range of issues related to energy supply.
Jubilee celebrations for the staff of Liskinsky and Kalacheevsky CSCs became truly iconic and memorable. Through the efforts of specialists the buildings were transformed. There appeared balloons and fresh flowers, pleasing both visitors and the heroes of the anniversaries themselves. All clients, who applied that day for services of Voronezhenergo, were given gifts, and visitors, in turn, congratulated the CSC teams with the jubilees, noting the high quality of service.

The specialists of the branch monthly increase energy literacy of consumers, conducting round tables and seminars, to learn about the order of grid connection and additional services, provide advice on energy efficiency,”- inderlined Head of the Customer Service Centre, Elena Nemirovich-Danchenko.
